Terms of Use

Initial version, pending legal review. These terms describe how we intend the site to be used. They have not yet been reviewed by an external lawyer and will be updated after that review.

1. Who we are

concreef.eu is operated by Concreef, a 3D concrete printing initiative based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Concreef is not yet registered as a legal entity; until it is, the site is operated by the founders, who will publish the registered company details on this page once incorporation is complete.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to everyone who visits concreef.eu, sends us an enquiry through the site, subscribes to our newsletter or creates an account. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Separate written agreements govern any actual project work. Where a signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins for that project.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, which form part of these terms.

3. The site is not an offer

Everything on concreef.eu — descriptions of what we print, example projects, images, articles and technical explainers — is published for information. It is an invitation to get in touch, not a binding offer.

Specifically:

• Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige us to accept the project.
• Our reply to an enquiry, including any indicative price, timeline or capability statement, is not a binding offer unless we say so explicitly in writing.
• A contract exists only when both sides have agreed written terms for a specific project.
• The reference number you receive with an enquiry is for tracking correspondence. It confirms that we received your message, nothing more.

4. Accounts

You may create an account with an email address and password or by signing in with Google or GitHub. If you do:

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password and your sign-in providers secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at info@concreef.eu as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age at which you can consent to online services in your country if that is higher.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; deletion removes your profile, sessions and linked sign-in providers. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for spam or abuse, or where we are legally required to. Where we can reasonably do so, we will tell you why.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or impersonating information, or use someone else's contact details;
• use the contact form or newsletter to send spam, advertising, or anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing;
• attempt to bypass the spam protection or the rate limit on our forms, or otherwise flood them with automated submissions;
• probe, scan or attempt to breach the security of the site or its infrastructure, or disrupt its availability;
• scrape or systematically extract the site's content, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission;
• introduce malware or any code intended to damage or interfere with the site or its users.

We apply automated spam protection and a rate limit to our forms. If a legitimate submission is blocked, email us directly at info@concreef.eu.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site — text, articles and technical explainers, photographs, renders, drawings, diagrams, designs, video, the Concreef name and logo, and the layout and code of the site — is owned by Concreef or licensed to us, and is protected by Bulgarian and EU copyright and trade mark law.

You may read, print and share individual pages for your own non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the source page. You may not republish, sell, sublicense, or build a competing or derivative offering from our content, nor remove our attributions or watermarks, without our written permission.

Printed objects and designs shown on the site may themselves be protected as works or designs. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to reproduce them.

Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their owners. Ask us at info@concreef.eu if you would like to use our material — we usually say yes for press, education and research.

7. Accuracy and the limits of our technical content

We publish technical explainers about 3D concrete printing — materials, mixes, rheology, printing methods, finishing, applications. We write them carefully and correct them when we learn they are wrong.

They are general information, not engineering advice. In particular:

• Nothing on this site is a structural calculation, a design, a specification, or a certification, and nothing on it replaces a qualified structural engineer.
• Structural, load-bearing, safety-critical and permanently installed elements must be designed, checked and signed off by a licensed engineer under the applicable Eurocodes and local building regulations. Building control, permits and site safety remain your responsibility.
• Material properties, mix behaviour, dimensional tolerances and finishes vary with the equipment, the aggregate, the ambient conditions and the specific print. Figures given on the site are indicative, not guaranteed values.
• Availability, capability, lead times and prices change. Ask us before relying on any of them.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including published articles, at any time. The site may link to third-party websites; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — in particular liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.

Subject to that: the site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties about the site's accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of data, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the site's general technical content in place of professional engineering advice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. The version in force when you use the site is the one that applies to that use; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. The courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have jurisdiction, without depriving you of any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live if you are a consumer.

If you are a consumer, complaints about consumer matters in Bulgaria can also be addressed to the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите), and you may use the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed on its website.
